FWIW confirming what I read earlier that this problem appears to be on
the Google side and is related to permissions. The 'owner' of your
Google home can do the "hey Google play BBC radio 4" etc, but other
members of the house get the "Sorry I can't ...
Same problem here, we use BBC radio streaming daily and noticed Saturday
8 Apr. Nest minis and Lenovo panels. Not solved by changing types of
voice request, reboots etcOther radio stations and Spotify steam fine.
