My Chromecast (with Google TV 4K) is frozen on a black screen with the
Google logo. Multiple attempts at rebooting and physically resetting
don't achieve anything and I cannot access anything else.
Hi there, I did all of these steps and I'm still receiving the same
error. I even restarted my router and tried different outlets with the
same results. Any other steps I can take? Thank you!
