Thermostats missing from nest app

I have two nest thermostats, and use the nest app. Whilst on holiday, my app logged out. Now I’ve returned, I’ve logged back in, but neither thermostat are there - it looks like a brand new account. Can I just add them again?thanks,Geoff

Thanks for the response. All sorted now. I got hold of someone from nest on the phone, and I had a long list email that I had used to set up nest!

Looking on both nests, they say they are connected to an account. Can I find out which account? Is it possible I have two accounts somehow?
