I have two nest thermostats, and use the nest app. Whilst on holiday, my app logged out. Now I’ve returned, I’ve logged back in, but neither thermostat are there - it looks like a brand new account. Can I just add them again?

Looking on both nests, they say they are connected to an account. Can I find out which account? Is it possible I have two accounts somehow?

Thanks for posting here in Community. If you were suddenly logged out of the app and you can't see the Nest Thermostat as you log in again, can you let me know what you selected as you signed back? Sign in with Google or sign in with Nest? I'll look forward to your response.

Thanks for the response. All sorted now. I got hold of someone from nest on the phone, and I had a long list email that I had used to set up nest!
