How to change the time zone?

Hi,My brand new Nest Hub Max is on PST. I am in New York with Optimum internet provider. No VPN being used. Checked older similar posts, but I don’t have a Time section under any settings. I’m using Google home on my ios phone.Please advise

Hi Juni,I did factory reset the device, and set it up from scratch. I have my time displayed correctly. thank you all
