known issue, nobody will fix it. they can't fix it I assume. all I have
to do is reconnect, but that is a nuisance. best support they can ever
give is a copy and paste of generic unrelated troubleshooting steps.

want to be helpful, how about show someone how to do a packet capture of
Bluetooth packets and see what its dropping. well Ive done this, and its
not helpful either, because it doesn't show errors. gee imagine if there
was something such as a log fil...
