My 3 week old thermostat e has just dropped from my Wi-Fi network. Tried
everything on the support page but it will not find my network anymore.
This thing must be broken.
From personal experience, send it back. As I mentioned previously this
is a major issue with these devices. I got lucky after the 3rd one which
is still working now.
It is common knowledge (after reading forums) that this is a very common
issue with these thermostats. The E5 code (wifi not connecting) error
appears to be a problem with most of them. If I had not received this
thermostat for free as part of a prom...
