My 3 week old thermostat e has just dropped from my Wi-Fi network. Tried everything on the support page but it will not find my network anymore. This thing must be broken.

It is common knowledge (after reading forums) that this is a very common issue with these thermostats. The E5 code (wifi not connecting) error appears to be a problem with most of them. If I had not received this thermostat for free as part of a promotional offer I would strongly urge anyone not to use or buy these products. I have had to return 3 of these units, each time within a week of receiving them, at my own cost (until the device was checked and I was reimbursed). At one point I was still waiting for my money to be returned to my bank and had to pay for another thermostat while I was waiting for another unit to be delivered! Just waiting for this one to go the same way. Cheers for the belated request for help though.

From personal experience, send it back. As I mentioned previously this is a major issue with these devices. I got lucky after the 3rd one which is still working now.
