I am using a solar panel to charge the battery but it does not show that the doorbell is plugged into the solar panel. I have tightened the cables and I have even replaced the solar panel and have donr a factory reset on the doorbell. Still only show...

I can try support. I have chosen both ways. I did a factory reset on the doorbell and tried wired terminals after I tried to connect the solar panel as battery option. I also replaced the solar panel to see if that was the issue.

This is not accurate. It should show an infinity symbol or plugged in when it is hooked to a solar panel. Mine shows neither. Please watch the only video I can find on how to install the solar panel.https://youtu.be/eUn9DZ3kbMA?si=m1yH3BzC7xOW3VMy
