Nest thermostat is LOCKED asking for a PIN which I do NOT have.I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.I can not get to settings on the thermostat... IT IS LOCKED.I HAVE SPENT 2 DAYS WITHOUT HEAT AND ON HOLD WITH TECH SUPPORT FOR OVER 2 HOURS JUST...
