Temperature stuck

I manage the temp for an elderly relative remotely. Thermostat is set to 22 but the app tells me that the room temp is 16 and it hasn't changed for 6 days? The data tells me that the boiler has been heating for 24 hrs each day 路♂️

Thanks, that’s what I was thinking but I’m not at the property to check. I will call out an engineer to check.
