I've tried connecting to USB but a pop up shows - return to wall unitI
do and the unit works but shortly (few hours) the red and green flashing
lights reappear - what should I do?
BTW --- I just attached unit to wall after a full night of wall
auxiliary charging...I think Google NEST SHOULD REPLACE THIS UNIT
...it’s been 2 weeks of auxiliary charging - with no results
Battery = 3.650VVOC = 38.82VIN = 7.15Lin = 20 mA(a) also software
version 6.2-27 ....says it’s never been updatedapp battery says low have
been plugging in to charge every night -- this thermostat isn’t old 2022
