just spent 1.5 hours via chat support and after everything, they're
escalating to a higher level of support. i narrowed down the audio going
faint sometime between last thursday night and friday morning
EXACT same problem over here! started a couple days ago. before, the
sound from the google hub max was the most sensitive and now i can
barely hear a thing. EXTREMELY frustrating
