Nest - none learning thermostat

I have 2 current thermostats on one a/c units 5 wires. Y1, G, R, C and W/0/b(combined). I thermostat for each floor. Again both run to same AC unit. Hooked up the 2 nest thermostats and all works good. I have a 2nd a/c unit in a mother in law site ab...
