Is your picture resolution setting on your TV set to auto? I changed
mine to full screen as some of the screen was being cut off when I first
got the Chromecast, changing it to full screen or whatever your TV
settings say fixed that problem for me, n...
Why do you need a step ladder? Have you lost your remote? HDR mode works
fine so it's a problem with Dolby I beleive. Change it to HDR in display
settings and the sound is fine until they release a fix, hopefully it
will be this year at some point!
Maybe everyone should leave feedback about this problem as no one seems
to be listening on here, I did it via the home app, hopefully they look
at the feedback from there!
