Can confirm that setting the Chromecast display settings to 4K 24Hz has
fixed this permanently for me so far. Only downside is the menu's look
like choppy 24fps trash compared to before, but still better than a
reboot everytime I sit down to watch so...
This has been happening for the better part of a month for me now, and
was probably a day or two away from replacing my speakers because of it.
