Brand New. Arrived two days ago. Serial number in attached photo.
Properly installed. Humidity will not read correctly (always at 0%) and
temperature reading is always below settings (see screen shot). Please
replace under warranty. Thanks.
1. The above steps didn't solve anything. 2. The replies in this thread
took too long. When the heater is not working, it needs product support
right away. I was able to google the answer that I needed right away.
Basically, the base needs replacemen...
