After receiving this response, I got on my ladder, reset the camera, readjusted the angle (the reset button is on the back, so I had to move the camera to reach it), had to redraw the active zones, and now it's working. Not very well thought-out. All...

Thanks, that's not ideal as I'll lose all the settings and history. Sounds like a downgrade from the Nest app.
