Nest thermostat does not follow schedules or temps I set it to

I have a new home build and had the builder install a refurbished Nest thermostat. I've used an EcoBee in the past with zero issues. I have schedules set of my Nest, however the system only seems to work correctly 20% of the time. The thermostat will...
