How do we get the new firmware my max is still on the old and still freezing?

Google fix this, I purchased two of the large displays and they worked for awhile. One was a gift for my parents and they are both freezing on random pictures. Either fix the bad firmware or switch us back to the previous that worked fine. I didn't p...
