Hi Jenelyn,So when I checked the history section it doesn’t show any heat running it only shows when I had to put the AC on

Hi, yes I still need help my system for some reason puts the heat on when outside temp is hot especially over 80 degrees. It’s just weird because my system is completely off I even went in the app to make sure everything was off.

Hi, my Thermostat model says it’s a Display-4.9. I’m not sure of the HVAC.
