My Nest has everything off during winter and nothing turns on automatically. But for some reason when the outside Temp hits 80 degrees the system starts running when everything is off and it starts blowing hot air making the house reach almost 90. I'm not sure how to fix this issue because I want to save money by not being forced to put the A/C on every time the stupid heat starts going.

Hello Breezy31,
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd love to know more about this.
A few questions: could you tell us your Nest Thermostat model? What type of HVAC system do you have? Also, does the issue only occur when the ambient temperature reaches 80 degrees? Have you checked your thermostat settings? If so, could you provide a rundown of all the steps you've tried?
I'll look forward to your response.
Regards,
Mark

Hi, yes I still need help my system for some reason puts the heat on when outside temp is hot especially over 80 degrees. It’s just weird because my system is completely off I even went in the app to make sure everything was off.

Hi there,
Thanks for the update. I'm sorry for the delay. I know it's been a while now. Could you please check your Nest Thermostat Energy History, as it will show when the system activated and why. It will help us to isolate the issue further.
I appreciate your help, Mark and Dan.
Best,
Jenelyn

Hi Jenelyn,
So when I checked the history section it doesn’t show any heat running it only shows when I had to put the AC on

Hi, my Thermostat model says it’s a Display-4.9. I’m not sure of the HVAC.
