I was in the same situation. The only solution was a replacement under
warranty from Google. I tried EVERYTHING. I needed the serial number on
the thermostat. Process was relatively smooth. The number I called was
(855) 469-6378. Good luck!
I have ran into this same problem today. Working fine for months, now
can't find network. Tried all online resets and suggestions. Into this
over 3 hours now.No solution. Might reinstall my Ecobee.
