Not good advice. This is my third video doorbell and the only one that doesnt go into night mode.

I am having the same problem. A terrible flaw in the product.

I have the same issue. Restarting fixes it for one night. I can’t do this every night. My old nest hello doorbell worked perfectly every night. Now I can’t see what happens at night.
