The issue is still not resolved. There have been no adequate recommendations in the thread from Google itself. I am not using two separate cell phones with a hotspot and a VPN to try and get the system to work. That is absolutely absurd.

This is the most absurd answer to trying to fix the problem I've heard of. I'm not using a separate VPN and two cell phones to play or cast music. The speaker should simply do what it's asked, and what it is intended to do.

I have replied to all your comments. I have replied to your emails. I'm still having an unresolved issue. None of your recommendations have worked. Your VPN idea is absurd. Please continue to make suggestions to fix the problem.

Nest audio smart speaker. It was working before. I am able to cast. United States. Sequential reboot did not work. Reverting back to factory settings did not work. the speaker acknowledges my request, however, music does not play after that.
