Hi My Nest Link is dead. I have it just over a year. It won't reset when
I hold button for 10 seconds or when I turn off and on power. It won't
respond to counter top reset either. I have no heating Angela
4 calls to get to support team... electric Ireland sold device and
fitted.. they won't replace with upgraded one.. they wanted 65euro to
get my heating back in to old control panel... referred to Google
support team. 3-4 days to receive replacement N...
