Hi Juni,That hasn't made any difference either.It hasn't been as bad as it was before the factory reset but something definitely seems to have changed.As it still intermittently will come on in the middle of the night.Kind regards,Steve Graham

Just to update.I've tried the Factory reset on all 3 Devices. So far I've not had the screens Stay on the White Screen.Each one seemed too do an Update after Factory resetting as well, so it looks like it has resolved the issue for me so far.
