I did. Really hope they fix this soon. I thought it was temporary, and tried every caption option I could find to see if it was added as an option somewhere as I have seen on other systems. Sadly no. It's just broken and makes tv unwatchable for thos...

Just want to add that I am having this issue too. It has rendered the device useless for those who rely on captions.
