1. Mid 20192. No3. No4. Yes there was a power cut which I believe killed
the heat link5. Tried power cycling, finding it with the app again,

Hi. The original serial was what the heat link serial no was in the nest
app. I have sent on the thermostat serial no now, starting with 09A.

Hi. I have checked all of the above and tried to power cycle the heat
link. There is no light on the unit after trying these steps and the
heat link does not respond to pressing the button
