Hi
My 2nd gen heat link has died and I'd like to purchase a replacement. I've had the unit for 4 years. How can I get one in Ireland/EU
Thanks

Research local suppliers: Look for heating and plumbing suppliers in Ireland that specialize in heat links or related products. They may carry a range of options suitable for your needs.
Check online marketplaces: Online platforms like Amazon, eBay, or local classifieds websites may have listings for replacement heat links. Be sure to check the specifications and compatibility before making a purchase.
Consult with heating professionals: Reach out to heating contractors or professionals in your area who can provide expert advice on the best replacement heat link for your specific requirements. They may have knowledge of local suppliers or be able to recommend suitable products.
Contact the manufacturer: If you know the brand of your current heat link, visit the manufacturer's website or contact their customer support directly. They can guide you to authorized dealers or provide information on where to purchase replacement parts.
Compare prices and features: Once you have a list of potential replacement heat links, compare their prices, features, and warranties. Consider factors such as energy efficiency, compatibility with your heating system, and user reviews to make an informed decision.</p>

Hi @Nilafhiosagam , thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to hear you are facing difficulties with your thermostat but no worries, I am happy to try and assist.
If you haven't already, check the breakers and switches at the location, to make sure nothing has tripped. Also check the boiler as it can sometimes have a separate switch on it. Confirm it has power, it should have a display or LED that turns on.
If it all looks good try and power cycle the Heat Link, if you're comfortable in doing so. Turn the power to the Heat Link off for a few minutes and then turn it back on. See if it has any reaction after, when you press the button on it.

Hi. I have checked all of the above and tried to power cycle the heat link. There is no light on the unit after trying these steps and the heat link does not respond to pressing the button

I found your form but it looks like the serial number is incorrect. Could you please complete it again and make sure you write the serial number from the display (which should start with 09A). You can find it on the back of the display (above the QR code) or in Settings > Technical Info > Display. Let me know once you've completed it.

Hi. The original serial was what the heat link serial no was in the nest app. I have sent on the thermostat serial no now, starting with 09A. Sorry for the confusion

Thanks for completing the form. In order to document the case properly, please answer to these questions:
1. When was the thermostat installed?
2. Are you seeing any wiring report or error on the thermostat and/or the app?
3. Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
4. Were there any power outages?
5. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting us?

1. Mid 2019
2. No
3. No
4. Yes there was a power cut which I believe killed the heat link
5. Tried power cycling, finding it with the app again, google searches
