this isn’t working I have spoke to electrician who has troubleshooted  and the heat link is broken and said it’s a fault with nest and I’m entitled to replacement please advise?

Hi Alex,

The heat link is broken I have had the electrician out who installed it and he has trouble shooted it with me but it’s still not working we also checked online and it’s a common fault apparently.

It is frankly ridiculous why I can’t just call this stupid system has crashed on me eveyday, no doubt due to the faulty products
