Try this: Google home app, go to wifi, then Network settings at the bottom, then Preferred Activities, ensure video conferencing is not checked!

This may be a little late, but I have a preview of google home where I am able to set preferred activities under Nest WiFi settings. I disabled video conferencing check-mark under that setting and my throttling issue got better, I am not sure 100% of...
