Oh - so maybe 'roll-out' means the team configuring it to work on the old devices? Or do you think the initial update is still being sent to devices all this time later, and it just hasn't gotten to the older hubs? That doesn't seem that likely to me...

I still think it's a bug, as all my other smart hubs (lenovo) show AQI just fine, and have for a long time.I'm thinking maybe the issue is that I have the old "Google Hubs" and not the newer "Nets Hubs".

No, AQI is still not showing up on my Google Hubs - only my Lenovo (google) smart displays.Did nest team think they fixed it? If so I will reboot, although that shouldn't make a difference.
