credentials. I was not aware that the Nest app was linked to Google - I

My frustration arises because it says my password is invalid yet when I
click reset password, I receive no email. Someone needs to respond with
a solution or I need to talk to an administrator.
I'm absolutely certain i am using my Nest account that I have always
used for 5 years. This is nonsense - I should be able to reset my Nest
password any time I want. Why can't I talk to a real person to do so? I
