Google Nest Community

Have to ask, is this compatible with Nest thermostat (i.e. not the Learning thermostat)? I'm reading that there are some differences.

 I’m getting mixed messages whether Nest is compatible or not: connected wires are R, W, Y, G, O, B with a jumper between W2/X2 and W.
