Google don't care, they're still selling these devices knowing there's a
software issue.Got an echo dot for Christmas. That's the problem solved
for me... Fed up of Google ignoring the problem and saying the same
thing over and over again.
I've officially given up with my Google nest and changed to an Alexa.
Google don't seem to give a poop (nicest way I can put it) and don't
seem in a rush to fix the issue.
Did the exact same thing! My original speaker was a few years old so
thought it was because of that. Google shouldn't still be selling them
when they are aware of software issue with the devices. Happy to
continue taking people's money for a faulty p...
