I’m having trouble adding nest thermostat to my Google Home App. It gets all the way to the end of setup, after connecting to WiFi & then gives me the ‘Something went wrong’ error. What else do I need to do?

Thanks for the detailed response. It ended up being an issue with my router settings. Many hours later…it seems to be working fine now.THANKS!
