Thermostat Compatibility

I have a TopTech model TT-P-705 1130 thermostat. Is this compatible? The wiring compatibility checker didn't answer the question. Photo attached.

Jenelyn,It is a Nest Learning Thermostat, latest version. I attempted the install yesterday. The issue I ran into is that the existing wires are too short for the wider spread of the Nest terminals. Is there any way to get an installer to fix this?
