Thermostat Compatibility

I have a TopTech model TT-P-705 1130 thermostat.  Is this compatible?  The wiring compatibility checker didn't answer the question.  Photo attached.

Hi dcolores,

Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. I'm sorry for the delay. It looks like you have a conventional system with common wire. It is compatible with any Nest Thermostats. Just ensure to not use any jumper wires. If you want to use Nest Thermostat 2020 or Nest Thermostat E, you can connect the red wire (power) to the R terminal. If you want to use the Nest Learning Thermostat, connect the red wire (power) either to the RC or RH terminal.

You can check out this support article for more information.

Best,

Jenelyn

Jenelyn,

It is a Nest Learning Thermostat, latest version.  I attempted the install yesterday.  The issue I ran into is that the existing wires are too short for the wider spread of the Nest terminals.
Is there any way to get an installer to fix this?

Hey there,

Thanks for the information. You may check this link to find a certified Google Nest installer, or you can contact your own local technician to connect the wires. If you need further help, let me know.

Best,
Edmond
