Schedule nest to turn off

Hi - I want to schedule my Nest to automatically turn off for certain hours of the day. Can you assist? I don’t see the option in the app. Dana

Ok got it that helps - the goal is to not use the HVAC during the day (not needed where I live right now) so it sounds like my best option is to manually turn it off during the day and turn it back on when I need it. Thank you!
