Same thing with me. I tried everything and nothing worked. Save yourself a headache and buy another one.

I ended up just buying a new thermostat. I didn’t have time to deal with finding the warranty and waiting for a new one. Once the new thermostat arrived, I installed it and had no problem connecting to the WiFi.

I did that, and it doesn’t work. I’m going to look into the warranty and try to get a new one
