Oh and by the way if you are experiencing drop outs because of dodo wifi still being on, you can trun off the dodo wifi by logging on to the Huawei router (192.168.1.1) and untick the 2.4ghz and 5g frequencies, then press save. Done. NO more conflict...

I was given the PPPOE details from my ISP as well but it didn't work. It puts you in the realm of matching VLAN ports. Don't go there. Just use the DHCP.

Hi, in the app have you tried to just tick the DHCP box only. Nothing else. Then use the app to detect the router again. Don't use the PPPOE. Good luck.
