Hello,Yes, i tried the factory reset again. the unit is dead. keeps flashing green upon reboot. Cannot get it to do anything else. Looks like i have to purchase a new unit...after only 3 years. Thanks for the follow up.

Thanks. I'll try the reset again, if not, will contact support. I do suspect its dead only after 3 years.

Thanks for the reply. It is wired, and the light is definitely flashing green, lol. I purchased it in July of 2020. When I did the factory reset, it stops (very briefly) and goes right back to flashing green as soon as it powers back up.
