Google Nest N80 error, but HeatLink gives a green light

Hello,Our Nest gave the n80 error, where it couldnt connect to the HeatLink, but the HeatLink is giving a green light as if everything is fine. I tried resetting the heatlink and also reset the Nest, but it did not help. Any suggestions on a solution...
