Can’t connect bluetooth speaker to nest hub.

I’m having trouble connecting my Google Nest hub to my Jbl speaker. In the device settings I choose sound, and that’s were the problem comes. In the sound settings I do not have the option to select a default speaker.what can I do?@everybody
