It has soured me on Google products in general. As our products die, we
will not replace with more Google products due to the lack of support on

Woohoo - I also changed this setting and rebooted. It's definitely
running faster than it has since all this started! Fingers crossed it's
fixed for real.
Good luck on the refund - it was not something they would grant me. This
whole experience has made me question if I will invest in Google
products in the future.
This has been our issue. We switched from cable internet (where the Nest
system worked perfectly) to AT&T fiber and it stopped working. I chatted
with both Google and AT&T, each pointing fingers at the other party, no
one being willing to fix anythin...
