H72 Fault on Nest Thermostat

Our nest thermostats have been working fine until now. Our upstairs thermostat is now showing the H72 fault, could I have some assistance please.

Thanks for the reply,I have received an email stating our Heat Link is faulty and it is being replaced free of charge by BOXT. The engineer is booked in for today.
