Today I got 2nd Gen Nest Hub and found that AQI is showing correctly on
the new device. Then I tried to disable and enable AQI option for the
old one, but nothing happened. AQI cannot be displayed on the old
device.Could you fix the issue?
Wasted time to contact Google Nest Support, and they didn't provide any
solution.So I'll file a compliant to state attorney general. I'll
encourage everyone to do same thing.
Hi Brad,Everyone here is waiting for answer and solutions, but just
acknowledgment. We definitely still need Google's help to provide
workable solution. But seems you cannot provide any useful feedback but
just bureaucratic response.
Hi Brad, I've spent months to communicate with Nest customer support,
and got similar feedback as what you provide. So it seems to me that
Nest team is not really taking care of the issue and probably Nest team
won't fix the issue.
