Nest doorbell cam no power

I’ve had my nest doorbell, cam installed for about a year and suddenly the doorbell chime stared to hum and knocker was vibrating. Each time I try to reinstall/connect all I get is the hum on the doorbell and no power in the doorbell. Suggestions?

haven’t had anyone in yet. Hopefully next week. pill post when I find out more information thanksrob.

Hi, it’s wired. I will be checking the transformer next as nothing is working so far.
