I just upgraded my camera to Nest Aware and now my entire history is
gone. Is there a way to get it back? I upgraded to get a video of a
package thief from earlier today.
I’ve learned this is a feature of upgrading - your entire history is
automatically, permanently deleted. Thanks for 0 warning that by
“upgrading” I was destroying all evidence.
